Teenagers face prosecutor over assault posted online
Two male teenagers have appeared before a prosecutor on charges of assaulting a 15-year-old boy in northern Athens and posting the attack on social media.
The mothers of the two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, were also arrested for failing to supervise their children.
Athens ring road exit to airport to be closed for several hours
The exit to Athens International Airport on the Attiki Odos ring road will be closed to traffic from 10 p.m. on Tuesday night until 6 a.m. on Wednesday morning, the highway's operator has said.
Exit 7 from Dimokratias Avenue in Acharnes towards the airport will be closed as maintenance is carried out on that stretch of the road, the company said.
Mystery shrouds train network sabotage
The latest sabotage incident on the network of the Hellenic Railways Organization (OSE), which occurred Monday night, remains shrouded in ambiguity.
This was not the usual theft of copper from electrification cables because the primary goal of the perpetrator/s was to disrupt the network's power and telecommand systems, which had been delivered for use three weeks before.

The board of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) is planning to create a modern shopping center in the facilities of the Olympic Village that have sat largely unused for almost 20 years.

Forgery racket dismantled at Piraeus port
The Piraeus Port Authority said on Friday that it broke up a racket supplying migrants with forged travel documents.
Six suspected gang members were arrested, all foreign nationals.
Port authority officials made the six arrests after raiding two homes and a restaurant in Metaxourgeio, Patissia and Acharnes.

West Attica mugging gang nabbed; youngest suspect aged 10
Six male suspects ranging in age from as young as 10 and up to 20 years old stand accused of a string of muggings over the past few months in a relatively isolated part of Acharnes in western Attica.
Municipality takes action to evict police from Amydaleza
The Municipality of Acharnes in eastern Attica has begun procedures to evict Greek police from a piece of land in the area of Amygdaleza which currently hosts police academy facilities and a detention center for undocumented migrants.
