Chip shortage troubles continue for Slovenian vehicle makers
Novo Mesto – Revoz, a car manufacture and assembly plant based in Novo Mesto, is suffering from a shortage of electronic parts for its car models. They assessed that two-fifths of this year’s planned production has been lost so far. Adria Mobil, a Novo Mesto-based company that produces caravans and motorhomes, is facing similar problems.

The 27th Tour of Slovenia officially kicked-off today in Ptuj and will finish on Sunday in Novo mesto. 139 cyclists from 20 teams - 4 of them are part of the elite World Tour - are on the start list. Cycling club Adria Mobil in cooperation with the agency Sport Media Focus and Slovenian Tourist Board is the organizer of the first Virtual Tour of Slovenia, intended for recreational cyclists, who will be accompanied by some of the best Slovenian professionals including the current best cyclist in the world.
Adria Mobil’s sales down slightly in last business year
Ljubljana – Adria Mobil, a leading European caravan maker, was on its way to achieve one of the best results in history at the beginning of the 2019/2020 business year but this did not materialise due to the coronavirus epidemic. Nevertheless, the company still sold 14,454 products on the European markets and generated EUR 401 million in revenue.
