The Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) has crossed the rocky mountains of Albania, putting it on track to start delivering gas to Europe next year.
Stretching for 878 km (546 miles) from Turkey's border across Greece, Albania's mountains, and the Adriatic Sea to Italy, TAP is a cornerstone of the European Union's energy security policy to wean the bloc off Russian gas.

Serbian businessman buys airport in Slovenia
Kosctc is the owner of the Serbian company MK Group.
According to the Slovenian newspaper, the Port of Koper in late 2018 sold an additional 15 percent stake in the airport to Hotel Palace Portoroz - owned by Kostic - handing the Serbian businessman a stake of slightly over 53 percent.

Study reveals unknown fault zone in northern Greece
The geological study for the construction of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) pipeline in northern Greece has revealed a previously uncharted fault zone in the region encompassing Kavala, Xanthi and Komotini.
