The captain of a Turkish oil tanker hijacked in the Mediterranean Sea off Libya's coast on March 27 has said a European naval aircraft that initially requested the ship to rescue migrants has failed to keep its promise to take the migrants back.
Bulgarian PM Boyko Borissov Introduces 24-h System Which Will Monitor Fuel Movements
On Friday, the General Directorate for Combating Organised Crime will present a 24-hour system monitoring fuel movement to the petrol stations, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said at the beginning of today's government meeting, Focus News Agency reports.
He said that 24-hour video surveillance was stored on the servers to track fuel movement.
