The Taliban have announced that they will call that newly established system the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, where it will be very strictly viewed from the position of the concept of human rights as we know it in the West, "Jutarnji list" reports.

All necessary measures have been taken regarding Turkey's diplomatic missions and personnel in Afghanistan, said Mevlüt Çavuşoglu in a press briefing prior to departure from Algeria.

The Taliban armed militia forces eye possible assault on the Afghan capital Kabul which is the last key area that still slips from their control. The government official authorities confirmed that the strategic economic centres are already under the Taliban control.

The Taliban launched a multi-pronged assault early on Aug. 14 on Mazar-e-Sharif, a major city in northern Afghanistan defended by powerful former warlords.

Afghanistan's rapidly-advancing Taliban insurgents entered a western provincial capital, an official said on Aug. 13, hours after they captured the country's second and third largest cities in a lightning advance just weeks before America is set to end its longest war.
