BELGRADE - Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic will attend the 21st OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Basel on December 3-5, which will mark the end of Swiss OSCE Chairmanship.

The main topic of the Ministerial Council will be the Ukrainian crisis and its impact on the wider European security context, the Serbian Foreign Ministry said in a release.

Bulgaria has registered 195 new cases of HIV-positive people in the period 1 January- 21 November 2014, according to Health Ministry data.
