Several detained in Thessaloniki after street shootout
Three people were hospitalized late Friday after a street shootout in central Thessaloniki, northern Greece.
The incident occurred in the Rotonda area of the city.
It was not clear how the incident unfolded and police detained an undisclosed number of suspects as part of its investigation.

Police save sexual assailant from lynching in Turkey's south
A 59-year-old man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old boy was rescued from an attempting lynching in the southern province of Adana on Oct. 18, Doğan News Agency has reported.
The boy, identified only by his initials N.A., started to shout in the middle of the street, claiming that a man, A.T., was abusing him in the Sarıyakup neighborhood of the Seyhan district.
Eight injured in Jerusalem terrorist attack
At least eight people were shot and injured in a shooting attack near Ammunition Hill in Jerusalem Sunday morning, police and emergency medical officials said.
Police described the incident as a terror attack. One woman, approximately 60 years old, was shot in the upper body and critically wounded in the attack, according to the Magen David Adom ambulance service.

Seven to face Thessaloniki prosecutor for sexual harassment
Seven men, aged between 16 and 44, were to face a Thessaloniki prosecutor on Monday charged with robbing and sexually abusing a 23-year-old woman on Sunday morning.
According to the woman's testimony, the suspects mugged her and a 20-year-old man she had been with at the time and then sexually molested her.

Gun shots are heard and the man holding the camera falls to the ground. The next moments are chilling, as they show a man approaching the person on the ground and firing at him several times, until a third man returns fire.

Rise in School Violence Concerns Bulgaria
Cases of physical violence in Bulgarian schools almost tripled in the school year 2014-2015 as compared to the previous year, the children's rights group, National Network for the Children, said on Tuesday.
