Bulgaria allowed a Russian plane to Fly through its Airspace
An official representative of the Bulgarian government confirmed to BGNES Media that a Russian government plane was flying through Bulgarian airspace.
The source clarified that it was a permitted flight by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which had a humanitarian purpose - to pick up Russian diplomats.
War in Ukraine: Greece closes airspace for aircraft from Russia
An air directive (notam) for the banning of Russian aircraft flights in the National Airspace of Greece, was issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), after the decision of the European Union to close its airspace to the Russian Federation.
The directive will last for three months and is valid from today, Monday 28 February 2022.

Moscow – Russia has closed its airspace for Slovenian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian planes, a retaliatory measure after these countries banned Russian aircraft from their airspace due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Slovenia bans Russian aircraft from its airspace
Ljubljana – Due to Russia’s attack on Ukraine the government decided to ban Russian aircraft from Slovenia’s airspace at a correspondence session on Saturday after a number of European countries made the same move. The decision enters into force today and will remain in place “until the reasons for it cease to apply”, the government said.

Bulgaria is Closing its Airspace to all Russian Aircraft
Bulgaria introduces a ban on the take-off/landing and entry of Russian aircraft into the country's airspace.
All aircraft with a license issued by the Russian Federation may not enter the sovereign airspace of the Republic of Bulgaria, including the airspace over territorial waters.
The ban is in force from 00.00 on February 26, 2022.

The Technical Regulation on the Deployment of Qatar Military Aircraft Personnel in Turkey signed between Ankara and Doha has been submitted to the parliament.
