US sends $1.2 mln in supplies to YPG/PKK for COVID-19
The U.S.-led coalition against the ISIL terror group provided $1.2 million in supplies for COVID-19 prevention efforts and detention operations to YPG/PKK terrorists, according to a statement on April 4.
US reportedly installs air defense systems in northern Syria

Top US commander for Mideast visits SDF in Syria
The top U.S. military commander for the Middle East made a secret trip to northern Syria on Feb. 24 to meet a U.S.-backed alliance fighting the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), officials said.
General Joseph Votel, who heads U.S. Central Command (Centcom), met with leaders from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
