KLA Veterans Back Presevo Albanians' Wish to Join Kosovo

The head of the Kosovo Liberation Army War Veterans' Organisation, Hysni Gucati, told Kosova Press news agency on Tuesday that former KLA guerrillas agree that the Albanian-majority Presevo Valley area of Serbia should become part of Kosovo, but that they oppose giving any land to Serbia in return.

Vulin: "I support delimitation, it's the only way ..."

Delimitation was the only way to stop the creation of "Greater Albania", Vulin told the press in Belgrade but refused to clarify what he meant under "delimitation".

Vulin added he was pleased US administration understood that interfering and imposing solutions would not help resolve Kosovo problem "but could, sooner or later, lead to conflict, war and division".

"We are asking Tirana to push for Albanian rights in Serbia"

They asked the government in Tirana to push for the rights of Albanians in Serbia and to increase its presence regarding investments in Bujanovac, Medvedja and Presevo.

Saip Kamberi, the Mayor of Bujanovac, told this to the press at The Palace of Serbia in Belgrade. There he attended the session of the Coordination Body for the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja.

"We will all lose something in agreement with Albanians"

He added that if that were to happen he would inform the public and present it with the said agreement.

"It is very hard to reach an agreement. We aren't getting closer to it....We are very far from the solution. If the agreement does happen I will notify the whole public", Vucic told the press in Belgrade neighbourhood Bezanijska Kosa.

"EU will have to rein in Haradinaj"

"Haradinaj's war threats are reason enough why Kosovo shouldn't have an army and why we have to draw a clear and strong line between Serbia and Greater Albania", Vulin said this morning.

Serbia would not be entering any wars,it wouldn't cause conflict but it would protect its interests and its people,he said in a Ministry of Defence statement.
