Three years after the Albanian police executed him in cold blood the Albanian authorities have not issued the official report on the incident

Albania held a ceremony on Tuesday marking a fresh milestone in the process of getting rid of hundreds of tons of deadly chemicals stockpiled by the country's dictator, Enver Hoxha.

Albania has said it is ready to play its part in the European Union plan for accommodating 100,000 refugees in the Balkans, but Tirana also fears that the country could be used as a new route to Western Europe for incoming migrants.
