Red Army Choir mesmerizes Turkish audience with patriotic songs
Russia's Alexandrov Ensemble, also known as the Red Army Choir, appeared with Turkish rockstar Haluk Levent on stage before Istanbul residents on Sept. 27 in the first of its series of concerts to be held across the country.

The Alexandrov Ensemble, commonly known in the West as the Red Army Choir, will be performing at the Peace and Friendship Stadium in Athens and the Nick Gallis Hall in Thessaloniki on December 4 and 5 respectively.

Russian Red Army Choir comes to Turkey
Russian Alexandrov Red Army Choir will on April 7 perform its first concert abroad in Turkey since the tragic plane crash in December 2016 that killed dozens of choir members.
According to a Russian Culture Ministry statement, the choir will sing for city officials on April 7 in Istanbul, while a second concert on April 8 will be open to the public.

Turkish FM asks for singer Tarkan's song to be included in Moscow, Istanbul concerts commemorating Red Army Choir
Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu has asked that Tarkan's "Şıkıdım" song be played in concerts in Moscow and Istanbul to commemorate the Red Army Choir, daily Habertürk has reported.
The Turkish ENBE Orchestra started preparations for concerts which will be held in Moscow and Istanbul to commemorate 64 Red Army Choir members who were killed in a plane crash on Dec. 25, 2016.

BELGRADE - Rescue helicopters have discovered debris in the Black Sea from a Russian military transport plane which went off radar en route to Syria. Most of the passengers on the Tu-154 were members of the famous Alexandrov Ensemble army choir.
World's largest army choir to visit Istanbul and Ankara
The Russian Red Army Choir, known as the Alexandrov Ensemble, will be in Istanbul and Ankara this month.
The choir?s repertoire includes surprise Turkish songs. The Istanbul concert will be on June 13 at Zorlu PSM, while the Ankara concert will commence on June 15 at the Ankara Congresium.

Black Sea Fleet choir, orchestra to perform for charity
BELGRADE - The choir and orchestra of the Russian Black Sea Fleet will perform a charity concert at Belgrade's Sava Centre late Monday, with proceeds to go to a special bank account set up to help repair the damage caused by floods in Serbia, the Russian embassy in Serbia and Sava Centre - the organisers of the concert - have announced.
