RS leader: Srebrenica was "huge crime"

BELGRADE -- Milorad Dodik has said that the crime in Srebrenica "did not represent the struggle for Serbdom, but the biggest blow to Serbdom, and cowardice."

Furthermore, added the president of the Serb Republic (RS) entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina, "we need the truth that everyone will accept."

The President of Republika Srpska - one of two entities in Bosnia - castigated Katana at a press conference over the weekend, after she asked him an alleged tycoon friend who had escaped a prison term.

Audit Triggers Corruption Row in Bosnian Serb Entity

Bosnian Serb opposition parties have accused the government of the entity and its ruling party, the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, SNSD, of corruption and financial negligence after the Republika Srpska auditor presented a highly critical audit of the work of the entity's Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry in 2013.
 

Bosnian Serbs Adopt 'Net Censorship' Law

The assembly of Bosnia's Serbian-dominated entity, Republika Srpska, on Thursday adopted changes to the Law on Public Peace and Order, which opposition parties and some international rights organizations have called an attack on free speech.

The law was adopted with the votes of the ruling coalition led by the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, SNSD, of Milorad Dodik.
