The new confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria for the last 24 hours are 851, according to the data of the Unified Information Portal.

4,931 tests were performed, which means that the proportion of positive results is 17.26 percent.

Six patients with confirmed coronavirus infection have died.

2,280 new coronavirus cases recorded in Slovenia on Monday

Ljubljana – A total of 2,280 new daily coronavirus cases were detected in Slovenia on Monday. Three people died, the Health Ministry said on Twitter. 80 patients were at regular hospital wards because of Covid-19 on Monday and 12 were in intensive care. In total, 227 patients with a confirmed infection were in hospital, which is 12 fewer than on Sunday.

Free self-testing kits for students available from Monday

Ljubljana – Free kits for Covid-19 self-testing for primary and secondary school students in the new school year will be available in Slovenian pharmacies from Monday. Testing will be voluntary and will take place at home, with funds for the campaign being secured from the national budget.

More than 2,500 Covid cases logged in past three days

Ljubljana – A total of 2,664 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Slovenia from Friday to Sunday in what is practically level with the figure a week ago, fresh official data shows. A total of three Covid patients died. Compared to the week before, the combined case count is nearly 2% up.
