Kılıçdaroğlu visits Anıtkabir ahead of pivotal elections
Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the chairman of the Republican People's Party (CHP) and the presidential candidate of the six-party Nation Alliance visited Anıtkabir on May 13, a day before the critical elections.
Anıtkabir is the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the leader of the country's War of Independence and founder of modern Türkiye.

Pointing to the humanitarian plight taking place in Ukraine, Kerem Kınık, the head of the Turkish Red Crescent, said that "one out of 8 people in Ukraine are displaced."
Kınık spoke at the "11th European Regional Conference" held by the International Feferation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Georgia's capital Tbilisi on April 26.
