On that same day in Traktorska Street in Sijekovac, a village near the northern Bosnian town of Bosanski Brod, where Milosevic still lives, soldiers and members of paramilitary groups, some of which consisted of locals Croats and Bosniaks, killed his father Luka and two brothers, Zeljko and Dragan, who was 17. Zeljko's body has never been found.

Mladen Kurdija, a wartime military police commander with the Croatian Defence Council, is accused of the murders, forced disappearances and rapes of Serb civilians in Bosanski Brod in 1992.

A witness said that former Croatian Defence Council fighter Josip Tolic, on trial for abusing Serb detainees in Odzak and Bosanski Brod, fatally assaulted a prisoner held in a school.

Former Croatian Defence Forces fighter Zemir Kovacevic is not guilty of killings, looting and the illegal detention of Serb civilians in the village of Sijekovac in 1992, his defence said.
