CAS dismisses FSS appeal, Kosovo to remain UEFA member
LAUSANNE - The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has dismissed a Football Association of Serbia (FSS) appeal against the Football Federation of Kosovo's (FKK) UEFA membership.
Consumers No Longer To Be Sued Without Their Knowledge
On Thursday, Parliament adopted at second reading amendments to legislation on the resolution of consumer disputes via arbitration courts, reported BGNES.
Until now, an unpaid bill could increase over time and consumers could be sentenced without their prior knowledge.
Belene Debt Must Be Paid by December 15 for Interest To Be Waived
The money for the Belene Nuclear Power Plant, which Bulgaria owes to Russia, must be secured in spite of the resignation of the government.
This expenditure has been approved by a decision of Parliament and has legal force, warned the Deputy Chairman of the Energy Commission Valentin Nikolov.

Bulgaria To Pay EUR 400 M to Russia for Belene By End of 2016
Bulgaria will pay EUR 400 M, or the main part of the debt ruled by the Paris Arbitration Court for the manufactured equipment for Belene by the end of the year, announced Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova, cited by BTA.
At a working meeting of the intergovernmental commission of Russia and Bulgaria on Friday, it was decided that the debt will be paid in tranches.
