Serbian gov't decides to start work on foreign policy strategy
BELGRADE - At a session also attended by President Aleksandar Vucic, the Serbian government decided to start work on a strategic foreign policy document that will precisely define Serbia's relations with other countries, the government press service announced on Tuesday.
Turkish, Armenian officials to meet in September
As part of the normalization process between Türkiye and Armenia, the officials of the two countries will meet in September to exchange views on technical issues, the daily Hürriyet reported.

Bilateral relations between Serbia and Egypt "on rise"
According to the Serbian government, Brnabic said during the meeting that "our peoples have traditionally friendly relations that represent a good basis for improving cooperation at all levels, including faster linking economies of the two countries."
Serbia supports Spain's territorial integrity - FM
Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said on Sunday that Serbia firmly supports the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Spain, as well as its unity.
He added that Spain is one of Serbia's greatest friends.

Serbian exports to Russia see significant rise
BELGRADE - Serbia's exports to Russia saw a significant rise in the first seven months of 2017, which must be maintained, Tomislav Nikolic, head of the National Council for Coordination of Cooperation with Russia and China, Russian Ambassador Alexander Chepurin and representatives of the largest Russian companies in Serbia agreed Friday.

Dragan Zupanjevac appointed new Serbian ambassador to Kenya
BELGRADE - Dragan Zupanjevac has been appointed the new Serbian Ambassador to Kenya, the latest issue of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia announced.
Zupanjevac previously served as Serbia's ambassador to Greece.
Vienna Economic Talks to place special focus on Serbia
BELGRADE - In collaboration with the Serbian Association of Economists, the Vienna Economic Forum (VEF) will on Sunday and Monday
organise the Vienna Economic Talks - Belgrade Meeting 2017 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Serbia.
The conference will place a special focus on Serbia's good economic development.
Changing policy toward Russia and China would be "suicidal"
Serbia's goal should be to "reboot" its ties with the U.S., but also continue good relations with Russia and China, says Ivica Dacic.
In an interview for the Beta agency, the foreign minister also listed "progress on the path towards the European Union" among these goals.
Serbia Eyes Benefits of Scrapping Visas with China
Serbia's proposal that China and Serbia abolish visas between the two countries could lead to a boom in tourism to Serbia, former Serbian ambassador to China Slobodan Unkovic said.
"If this proposal passes, combined with the proposal to open Belgrade-Beijing flights and a Belgrade-Shanghai link, it could lead to the major boost in Serbian tourism," Unkovic told BIRN on Monday.

"All international principles violated in case of Serbia"
All principles of the international community were violated precisely in the example of Serbia, Ivica Dacic said on Wednesday.
In addition, Serbia's foreign minister and first deputy PM, who also serves as OSCE chairperson, said that the international order should be based on principles and not only on political interests.
