Trump pleads not guilty to federal charges that he illegally kept classified documents

Donald Trump became the first former president to face a judge on federal charges as he pleaded not guilty in a Miami courtroom Tuesday to dozens of felony counts accusing him of hoarding classified documents and refusing government demands to give them back.

Halkbank to appear in US court in sanctions case

Turkish state lender Halkbank will be arraigned in a U.S. court next week to face a federal indictment for alleged evading Iran sanctions.

The bank was represented by the law firm of King & Spalding at a hearing on Feb. 25 and attorneys said it agreed to appear at the proceedings.

Halkbank was charged in October with attempts to evade U.S. sanctions on Iran.

Student molester handed 10-month suspended prison sentence

A 20-year-old university student was handed a 10-month suspended prison sentence after his arraignment Tuesday in a criminal court in Thessaloniki, northern Greece, on charges of sexually assaulting an unsuspecting fellow female student while she was studying.
The incident occurred at the Aristotle University library last week.

Constitutional Court judge Grebla at DNA headquarters

Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) judge Toni Grebla has arrived, on Wednesday, at the headquarters of the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) regarding the case in which he is accused of several crimes and in which the approval for his preventive arrest was requested.
