Breakfast at Tiffany’s | Athens | March 12

Marking the centenary of the birth of author Truman Capote, the Hellenic American Union Movie Club is screening the classic film "Breakfast at Tiffany's." Furnished by Mooviereel, the film is based on Capote's novel of the same title and is directed by Blake Edwards, starring Audrey Hepburn. This special screening will take place on March 12 at the HAU (22 Massalias, hau.gr).

Givenchy, French fashion Icon, Dies Aged 91

French fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy, who created famous looks for Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Jackie Kennedy, has died at the age of 91.

His partner Philippe Venet, a former haute couture designer, confirmed the news to the AFP news agency.

"It is with huge sadness that we inform you that Hubert Taffin de Givenchy has died," he said via the fashion house.

Istanbul to host Love Festival

The 360 Degree Love Festival, which features various art disciplines, will be organized in Istanbul between Feb. 9 and 29 around the theme "World in Love." 

The 8th edition of the festival was launched at a press conference on Jan. 13. The curator of the festival, I??k Genço?lu, said they had started eight years ago as a small event and now hosted more than 100 artists.
