Robbers blow up ATM in Koufalia

Unidentified assailants used a explosive device to blow open an ATM outside a supermarket in Koufalia, northwest of Thessaloniki in northern Greece, early on Friday.
Police are seeking the perpetrators who are believed to have fled with an undetermined sum from the cash machine.

Two Bulgarians have been Detained for the Installation of a Skimmer in India

Two Bulgarians have been detained for the installation of a skimmer and a camera at an ATM in the luxury shopping complex Han Market, in the Indian capital Delhi, local media reported. One of them - Tsvetelin Angelov (37) was detained on the spot and the other - Ruslan (42) - in a 5-star hotel, where the two were staying for two weeks, the BNR reported.

Vandals smash windows of Thessaloniki bank branch

A group of unknown individuals smashed the glass front of a bank branch in central Thessaloniki late Thursday night.

The incident at National Bank occurred shortly before midnight at the corner of Vasilisis Olgas avenue and Zaharia Papantoniou Street.

The attackers were not able to damage the ATMs as they were protected behind the steel shutters. 

Police probe attemped ATM theft at Sounio ancient site

Police in southeastern Attica on Monday were investigating the attempted theft of an ATM bank machine at the site of the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio in the early hours of the morning.

The would-be robbers violated the entrance gate before breaking into the canteen on the site where the ATM is located.

Bank robbers steal ATM in west Attica

A group of between four to six robbers drove a car into a bank branch in the town of Megara, west Attica, early Thursday morning and removed an automatic teller machine (ATM), Greek broadcaster Skai reported.

The suspects, who had their faces covered, loaded the ATM on a second vehicle they had parked outside and fled.
