Lamda agreement with Brook Lane on Elliniko tower

Lamda Development announced on Tuesday the signing of the definitive agreement with the Brook Lane investment firm for the establishment of the Ellinikon Park Tower company, which will be the vehicle for the development of another tower at Elliniko.

It is a mixed-use property with an estimated investment above 500 million euros.

First stretch of tunnel on Metro Line 4 presented

Construction company AVAX Group gave a tour to press representatives on Thursday of the Katehaki metro tunnel, where work is being carried out for Line 4 of Athens metro.

The first 700 meters of tunnel has already been opened by the first of the two tunnel boring machines deployed. The final destination is Evangelismos station, in central Athens.

Avax and Rizzani to undertake the giant Vouliagmenis Mall Complex

A consortium comprising Greek construction company Avax and Italian group Rizzani has been chosen by Lamda Development for the development of the Vouliagmenis Mall Complex, which will be the largest shopping center in Greece, Avax reported on Thursday.

This is also the largest individual project Lamda is planning for its major development at Elliniko, southern Athens.

TBM ready to start work on Line 4

Engineers of the AVAX-led consortium building Athens' new 13-kilometer metro line stand next to a tunnel boring machine (TBM) cutter head at the Katehaki site. Following consultations with local engineers, German tunneling company Herrenknecht supplied two approximately 100-meter long and 1,500-ton TBMs with a diameter of 9.5 meters.

Bulgaria: The State to grant a Loan of BGN 800 million to Bulgargaz

Metro – Line 4: The first construction sites in Athens are beginning works

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport is opening space for the first construction sites of Line 4 of the Athens metro.
