Universities In The Netherlands Will Limit The Admission Of International Students
Dutch universities will take measures to limit the influx of foreign students and improve proficiency in the Dutch language among both students and staff. Fourteen higher education institutions have agreed upon these steps. This was reported by the National News Agency of the Netherlands (ANP).

71.7 pct of graduates employed: TÜİK
Some 71.7 percent of bachelor's degree graduates in Türkiye were employed in 2022, while the undergraduate department with the highest average earnings was flight training last year, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has revealed.

Three Turkish universities enter global higher education 500 list
Over 60 Turkish universities have entered the British magazine Times Higher Education's (THE) "2023 Global Universities Ranking List," with three universities ranking in the top 500.
According to THE's list, the universities of Çankaya, Koç and Sabancı took place in the row between 400 and 500. The three mentioned universities were in the same place on last year's list too.
Handful of 3rd country doctors get their qualifications recognised this year
Ljubljana – The Health Ministry has approved five of the 34 applications for recognition of professional qualifications of doctors from third countries that have ben submitted this year, and eight of the 42 applications submitted last year.

‘Eternal students’ will have to graduate or drop out
Education Minister Niki Kerameus announced on Monday that she is putting an end to a system in universities that allowed graduate students to drag their studies on indefinitely.
Speaking in Parliament before the confidence vote in the government, Kerameus said that an upper limit will be introduced for the completion of graduate studies.
Higher education on the ropes after merger bill
The new education bill which was passed into law on Tuesday to merge Greek technical colleges (TEI) with universities will, critics says, undermine standards and plunge the country's higher education system into disarray.
Tellingly, more than 400,000 TEI graduates are demanding that their degrees be upgraded to university degrees.
