The earthquake was with a magnitude of 6.1 and caused damage to homes and temples. According to local authorities, the earthquake triggered panic, but no tsunami warning was announced.

Two earthquakes hit Turkey's Çorum

Two earthquakes with magnitudes of 4.7 and 4.0 struck the İskilip district in the Black Sea province of Çorum on Nov. 2, Doğan News Agency has reported.

The earthquakes caused panic along locals but there were no casualties, according to initial reports.

The first earthquake, with a magnitude of 4.7, occurred five kilometers below the earth's surface.
