VILNIUS - Partizan Belgrade lost 93-75 (22-19, 25-17, 22-20, 24-19) on the road to Lietuvos Ritas in a Eurocup Basketball Round 7, Group C game late Tuesday.

Partizan now have only theoretical chances of going through to the next stage of the competition.

Turkey?s Banvit Band?rma defeated Paris Levallois 75-71 in the quarterfinals of the Eurocup Basketball knock-out stage on March 24, punching the club?s ticket to the semi-final.

Paris Levallois had won the first game of the two-game series 65-67 in France last week, but Banvit Band?rma was able to advance on aggregate.

BELGRADE - Partizan Belgrade lost to Lietuvos Rytas 85-76 (18-16, 20-16, 26-26, 21-18) at home in the 6th round of Eurocup Basketball Group E late Tuesday.

Partizan failed to beat the Lithuanian team after losing to it in the opening game of the competition.

It is their fifth Eurocup defeat, and they remain bottom of the group table.

BELGRADE - Partizan NIS beat Romanian CSU Asesoft 76-69 (25-23, 18-15, 11-20, 22-11) in a Eurocup 2014-15 Regular Season Group E Round 5 match in Belgrade late on Wednesday.

It was the first victory for the Belgrade team in this part of the competition, while Asesoft from Ploiesti suffered its second defeat.

Partizan will next play Lithuania's Lietuvos Rytas.

VOLGOGRAD - KK Partizan Belgrade lost in Volgograd on Wednesday to hosts BC Krasny Oktyabr 61-59 (15-12, 17-13, 15-16, 14-18) in Round 4 of Group A of the Basketball Eurocup.

Belgrade-based basketball club Red Star reached the Eurocup quarterfinals although outplayed by Lithuania's Lietuvos Rytas 82-80 (17-20, 25-27, 16-12, 24-19) in a rematch in Vilnius on Wednesday evening.

BELGRADE - Red Star Belgrade beat Lithuania's Lietuvos Rytas 88-82 (23-27, 22-14, 25-19, 18-22) in Belgrade late Wednesday in the first leg of the Eurocup Basketball round of last 16.

Marjanovic, who scored 21 points, Dragicevic (16 points) and Nelson (13 points) led Red Star to victory, while Seibutis (17 points) and Gecevicius (14 points) were the top scorers for the visiting team.

BELGRADE - The Serbian Red Star basketball team lost the match late on Wednesday to Russia's Nizhny Novgorod in the final 6th round of the Eurocup second stage, 78-74 (23-16, 17-25, 15-17, 23-16) and ended their participation in the cup as second-ranked in the L Group.

Red Star has thus been defeated once more by Nizhny Novgorod which won the first match with the score at 86-75.
