Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev will refer a ban on beach camping adopted by MPs to the constitutional court, his press office has said.
Protest Held in Sofia over Ban on Beach Camping
Hundreds demonstrated in Bulgaria's capital Sofia on Tuesday after Parliament voted to make it illegal to put up tents on the beach.
Participants, whose action was aired by local TV stations, described the move by lawmakers as "absurd" and "a provocation".

Saudi king leaves France after 8-day stay after controversy
The Saudi king's visit to his family's French Riviera mansion is over after weeks of controversy surrounding the closure of a public beach during his stay, the top state official in the area said on Aug. 3.
Sub-prefect Philippe Castanet said that the small, isolated beach was reopened after the Aug. 2 departure of King Salman following an eight-day stay.
Beach parties outlawed in Greece!

Locals plan to protest turnstiles at Istanbul public beach
