A surprise is in store for Ukraine; Putin and Lukashenko agreed

Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko agreed on the formation of new, joint troops on the border with Ukraine, which allays fears of a land invasion of Kyiv, writes the British Telegraph.
At a meeting with his security chief, Lukashenko confirmed that he had gathered troops with Putin "because of the tension on the Belarusian border with Ukraine."

Who are this year’s Nobel Peace Prize winners

This year's Nobel Peace Prize goes to the human rights activist Ales Bialiatski from Belarus, the Ukrainian organization Center for Civil Liberties and the Russian "Memorial".

Ales Bialiatski is a Belarusian oppositionist, chairman of the human rights center "Vyasna". He was arrested in July 2020, designated as a political prisoner.

Belarusian Mothers Oppose the Russian War in Ukraine

Belarusian mothers launched a flash mob to protest against the involvement of Belarusians in the Russian war against Ukraine. They put their children's toys in conspicuous places with paper sheets reading calls to stop the war. 

Meanwhile, self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko threatens Ukraine to join Russia in the war against Ukraine.
