Delegations of Belgrade and Pristina continued their expert level negotiations on Wednesday in Brussels.
Some progress was made regarding telecommunications during the 13 hours of negotiations on Tuesday, but some key issues remained open.

BRUSSELS - The Serbian Office for Kosovo-Metohija has reiterated in a statement to Tanjug there was still no agreement with Pristina on registration plates.

Kosovo dialogue: Still no agreement on registration plates
The Serbian Office for Kosovo has reiterated in a statement to Tanjug that there was still no agreement with Pristina on registration plates.
Belgrade-Pristina dialogue to continue at technical level
The Belgrade-Pristina dialogue will be continued at expert level in Brussels on Thursday, the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo has announced.
The two-day discussions will be held at the European External Action Service headquarters, with the agenda to include all open issues from past discussions between Belgrade and Pristina.
Mogherini stresses significance of dialogue
PRISTINA - EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini on Thursday congratulated Kosovo on the European Commission's proposal to lift visa requirements for travellers from Kosovo and stressed the significance of Pristina's dialogue with Belgrade.
The visa liberalisation will have a positive impact on everyday life as well as politics, she said in Pristina.

EU Officials In Kosovo To Celebrate Visa-Free Regime
BELGRADE - EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini on Thursday congratulated Kosovo on the European Commission's proposal to lift visa requirements for travellers from Kosovo and stressed the significance of Pristina's dialogue with Belgrade.
The visa liberalisation will have a positive impact on everyday life as well as politics, she said in Pristina.
EU calls "two urgent" Kosovo dialogue meetings
The European Union has called "two urgent meetings between Belgrade and Pristina, insisting on implementation of the agreements reached in Brussels."
This has been reported by media in Kosovo on Monday, said Tanjug.
