Chain Traffic Accident with Injured People on the Struma Motorway
Severe chain accident on the Struma motorway.
The incident happened at the turnoff for Petrich in the direction of Sofia. Seven cars and two minibuses collided, the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Blagoevgrad announced.

107 Cases of Measles Reported in Blagoevgrad Region
Some 107 cases of measles have been reported in the Blagoevgrad region, according to the site of the Regional Health Inspection - Blagoevgrad. On 2 April, 6 children aged 1 to 5 were hospitalised. They were admitted to the infectious disease wards in hospitals in Gotse Delchev and Blagoevgrad. So far, 600 contacts of measles cases have been identified.
Mild Earthquake near Blagoevgrad
An earthquake measuring 2.7 on the Richter scale was registered on the territory of Bulgaria, near Blagoevgrad.
The quake was felt at 02:27 am this night with an epicenter 13 km east of Blagoevgrad and 80 km south of Sofia, with a depth of 2 km.
There is no evidence of material damage.

Four New Cases of Measles Have Been Registered in Blagoevgrad
All are accommodated for treatment in the Blagoevgrad hospital, reported NOVA TV.
