Mali: Serbia to adopt public enterprises law by mid-2023
BELGRADE - Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali says a new law on management of state-owned enterprises, under preparation in collaboration with the IMF, is due to be passed by the parliament by mid-2023.
Bad bank replaces two executive directors
Ljubljana – The non-executive directors of the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC) dismissed Andrej Lazar and Kristina Šteblaj from their positions as BAMC executive directors on Monday and appointed Mitja Križaj and Žiga Pfeifer as acting executive directors to replace them. Meanwhile, Matej Pirc remains an executive director.

Kokot appointed director of postal operator for full term
Maribor – The supervisory board of postal operator Pošta Slovenije appointed Tomaž Kokot the new director general of the state-owned company on Tuesday. He was given a full term of five years after efforts to appoint him had been under way for months.

Parliament rejects national TV broadcaster's 2017, 2018 and 2019 activity reports, Board automatically dismissed
The Parliament plenum rejected on Tuesday the Romanian Television Broadcasting Corporation's activity reports for 2017, 2018 and 2019. The 2019 activity report fell by a vote of 239 to 142, the 2018 report had 144 votes in favor, 242 against and one abstention, and the 2017 report 141 votes in favor, 247 against and two abstentions.
STA supervisory board urges govt to release overdue funding
