ICJ rejects both genocide lawsuits
THE HAGUE -- The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has rejected Croatia's lawsuit accusing Serbia of committing genocide in its territory from 1991 until 1995.
The Hague-based court has found that Croatia did not prove that genocide was committed, Court President Petr Tomka announced.

Reading of judgment in Croatia-Serbia case begins
THE HAGUE - The reading of the judgment on the mutual genocide lawsuits filed by Serbia and Croatia, for the crimes committed in Croatia during the 1991-1995 war, began at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
The Court's reasoning is being presented by ICJ President Peter Tomka, a judge from Slovakia.

Pope Francis will visit the Bosnian capital on June 6 where he will hold a mass and meet political leaders, the apostolic nuncio to Bosnia, Luigi Pezzuto, confirmed in Sarajevo on Monday.
Pope Francis himself during his sermon on Sunday broke the news about his plans to visit Sarajevo.

BELGRADE - Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said that it was impossible to predict the verdict of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in a case of Serbian and Croatian mutual genocide accusations, but expressed the belief that the court would prove that it indeed was a "court of justice."

Pope Francis will pay a one-day visit to Sarajevo on June 6, 2015.
The announcement about the visit came as Pope Francis addressed the crowds in St. Peter's Square after the recitation of the Angelus prayer, according to reports of the Vatican Radio.
