Dense fog engulfs Istanbul, disrupts traffic
An intense blanket of fog enveloped Istanbul in the early hours of the Feb. 29 morning, disrupting traffic and causing flight delays.
The fog intensified around the high and northern regions of the Bosphorus and around Trans-European Motorways (TEM) spanning Ümraniye, Kavacık, Altunizade, Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Yavuz Sultan Selim bridges.

Fugitive influencer caught at airport in Istanbul

Montenegro Tries to Ease Concerns About Expatriate Cards

The Foreign Ministry in Montenegro has tried to ease concerns expressed about the expatriate cards it is offering its large diaspora community after some ethnic Bosniaks from Montenegro now living in Turkey expressed fears that it was designed to undermine their ethnic identity.

Bosniaks Want More College Courses in Kosovo
Representatives of the Bosniak community in Kosovo's parliament want more higher educational programmes in their language to "meet the needs of the minority community" and stop Bosniaks students from having to go abroad.
