Bulgaria supports the EU Delivery of 1 Million Projectiles to Ukraine

Bulgaria is among the member states of the European Union that support the delivery of 1 million 155 caliber projectiles to Ukraine for a total value of 1 billion euros, diplomatic sources told the National Radio.

The text of the agreement is almost ready after yesterday's meeting of the ambassadors of the member countries.

Kaili sees daughter for the first time

Eva Kaili, a former vice president and member of the European Parliament who is facing corruption charges in Brussels over her role in what has been dubbed Qatargate, saw her daughter for the first time on Friday since she was remanded in custody last month.

The Greek politician's 22-month-old daughter was brought to the Haren prison in Brussels by her father, Alexandros Kailis.

Detained MEP meets daughter

MEP Eva Kaili, who has been detained in Belgium over her alleged role in the Qatargate scandal, met with her two-year-old daughter on Friday.

At 5.20 p.m. Alexandros Kailis, the father of Eva, accompanied the child on her visit to the Haren Prison near Brussels.

The defense team of Kaili had asked the Belgian authorities to meet with her daughter, something they accepted.

EU court rejects Airbnb challenge to Brussels tax law

The European Union's top court yesterday ruled that property rental platform Airbnb is obliged to share booking data with regional tax authorities in the Belgian capital Brussels.

The firm's Irish-based European subsidiary had challenged the Brussels Capital Region's order that it provide information on transactions with tourists who visited the city in 2017.
