Plovdiv Rocked by Xmas Hog Roast Row

A plan to butcher two whole pigs and roast them in the centre of the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv as a Christmas celebration has been dropped after local protests.The hog roast was set to take place next to the Christmas tree by the city council building on Boxing Day, the bTV Novinite news site reports, cited by BBC. 

Two Children Are Injured in a School Bus Crash

Two children were injured in a bus crash on the Piperkovo - Djulyunitsa road, the bTV correspondent in the region reports.

A total of four children traveled to the bus.

According to preliminary data, the injuries are not severe.

They were taken to a hospital.

At this stage, the circumstances surrounding the crash are not clear.

Sofia. Three Bulgarian pupils injured as a result of the explosion on the motorway near the Bologna airport remain in hospital, Bulgarian Consul General in Milan Rossen Roufev told bTV this morning. Seven pupils from a school in Silistra were injured as a tanker truck exploded in Bologna.

The Bulgarian Government Approved the National Health Card
