The BNB Releases into Circulation a Partially Gold-Plated Silver Commemorative Coin ‘100 Years of University of National and World Economy’
From 11 May 2020 the Bulgarian National Bank will release into circulation a partially gold-plated silver commemorative coin '100 Years of University of National and World Economy', BNB reported.
It will be sold for BGN 72 (seventy two levs).
BNB Releases New BGN 2 Coin
From 6 January 2020 the Bulgarian National Bank will release into circulation a copper commemorative coin '125 Years since the Birth of Geo Milev' of the 'Bulgarian Artists' series.
It will be sold for BGN 24 (twenty four levs).

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will extend a loan of EUR 300 M to the Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund (BDIF) under a deal signed in Sofia on Thursday.

The World Bank has said it approved on Friday a EUR 300 M loan to the Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund (BDIF).
The 10.5-year loan has a grace period of six years.

The Sofia City Court has approved the nomination of two temporary assignees who will manage the assets of collapsed Corporate Commercial Bank, or KTB, and run it on a daily basis.
Lazar Iliev and Rosen Angelchev will assume their new function within two days, BNR radio station reported on Wednesday.

The four executive directors of collapsed Corporate Commercial Bank (KTB) on Thursday addressed Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov in a letter, in which they expressed concern that he was being deceived.
In the letter they explain the functioning of the Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund (BDIF) and dismiss accusations hurled at KTB, private bTV station reported.
