Bulgaria's Loss of Goods' Counterfeiting is Over BGN 800 Million Per Year
Annual losses from counterfeiting and piracy of goods in 11 major economic sectors in Bulgaria amounted to BGN 809 million. This shows a report by the European Union Office for Intellectual Property, distributed to the media.
BNB Puts a Silver Commemorative Coin "Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi" into Circulation
Today The Bulgarian National Bank puts a silver commemorative coin "Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi" from the series "Bulgarian Revival" into circulation.
The price of the coin is 78 leva.
It will be sold in BNB, as well as in offices and branches of four more banks.
More Grants for Fight Against Domestic Violence
Last year, The Ministry of Justice has allocated 360 000 leva for combating domestic violence. This was announced by Bulgaria's Minister of Justice Danail Kirilov from the parliamentary tribune. The money was received by 17 organisations.

Almost 3000 Farmers have Received over 3 million leva for Pest Control
The State Fund "Agriculture" transferred over 3 million leva (BGN 3 031 795) under the scheme "Aid for compensating farmers for the implementation of measures under the National Program for Pest Control on Perennials during the Winter Period" in 2019. 2,959 producers who grow perennial fruit, strawberries and raspberries received subsidies.

UNWE Announced it is under Threat of Bankruptcy
The University of National and World Economy (UNWE) announced with an open letter to the media that it is threatened with actual insolvency.
The reason lies in promised but unpaid funds amounting to BGN 15 million by the state in the face of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Science with which a new corps had to be built.
