PM Borissov Convened an Extraordinary Meeting of the Security Council because of the Coronavirus
Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has convened an extraordinary meeting of the Security Council, the government press office reported.
On the prime minister's orders, the extraordinary meeting will be held today at 11:30 am.
Lukov March Officially Banned
Bulgaria's Interior Ministry is monitoring the situation in the country and the capital because of the Lukov March planned for this Saturday in Sofia, Interior Minister Mladen Marinov said. Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova has issued an order banning the Lukov March. Fandakova expects the police would ensure the public order.

Bulgaria Rightists Dispute Mayor’s Ban on March
Organisers of a controversial far-right annual march have said they will ignore a ban imposed by Mayor of Sofia, Yordanka Fandakova, and their rally will go ahead as planned this Saturday. The mayor banned the "Lukovmarch" event on Thursday.

Vasil Levski, born Vasil Ivanov Kunchev, was a Bulgarian revolutionary and is a national hero of Bulgaria today. Dubbed the Apostle of Freedom, Levski ideologised and strategised a revolutionary movement to liberate Bulgaria from Ottoman rule.

BNR: President Radev Accuses PM Borissov of Using Special Services for Political Ends
President Rumen Radev told journalists that Prime Minister Boyko Borissov is trying to brush off onto others the responsibility for the fact that the head of state's conversations were tapped, BNR reported.
PM Borissov: We are not Fighting Anyone
At the beginning of today's government session, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov stressed that he was not fighting anyone. The reason for his speech was the address of President Rumen Radev from yesterday, with which he withdrew his trust from the government.
The PM also said that he had ordered an immediate inspection of the trash around Struma Motorway.
