Bulgaria celebrates the Day of the People's Awakeners (National Awakening Day) on November 1st.

A drone of the Naval School "Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov" monitors from the sky the ship Vera Su stranded near Kamen Bryag, the Ministry of Defense announced.

The Maritime School is part of an interdepartmental team formed to reduce potential risks and release the vessel, the ministry said.

President Rumen Radev again called on GERB leader Boyko Borissov to enter the battle for president's office at Dondukov 2.

This happened in Plovdiv, where Radev participated in the Ninth European Forum for Social Entrepreneurship.

Borissov has repeatedly stated before that he will run in this type of elections.

The Bulgarian Socialist Party registered with the CEC for both parliamentary and presidential elections. This does not mean that they will have their own presidential candidate.
