EUR 130M Invested in Bulgaria's Commercial Property in 2014 - Experts
Doubling of investments in Bulgaria's commercial real estate is expected in 2014, according to the advisory company Forton.
In 2013, Bulgaria saw acquisitions worth EUR 54M which is 26% more than in 2012. Due to the low levels in 2012-2013, Forton experts predict that in 2014 the volume could be doubled and reach between EUR 100-130M, Bulgarian Standart news reports.
Property of Bulgaria's Burgas Shipyards Put Up for Sale
The property of Bulgaria's Burgas Shipyards AD is being put up for sale.
The procedure was launched upon the request of the creditors and a writ of execution issued by the Burgas Regional Court, according to reports of the BGNES news agency.
The announcements have already been published in the public sales register.

Trade deficit drops by 30.4% in January
BELGRADE - Serbia's foreign trade deficit totalled USD 357.7 million in January and was by 30.4 percent lower than in the same month in 2013, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia released on Wednesday.

Trade surplus with CEFTA countries USD 89.7 million
BELGRADE - Serbia gained surplus in trade with the CEFTA countries amounting to USD 89.7 million in January 2014, reads a statement by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia (RSZ) on Wednesday.
The exports to the CEFTA countries in January amounted to USD 153.7 million, while the imports were USD 64 million, and the export- import ratio equaled 240 percent.
Year-on-year inflation has dropped to 2.6 percent
BELGRADE - February saw a 0.1 percent rise in consumer prices in comparison to the previous month, while the year-on-year inflation signaled that it will remain within the target band (4+/-1.5 percent) and dropped to 2.6 percent in February, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Governor's office has stated, referring to the data by the Serbian Statistical Office.
