Tanjug closes fiscal 2013 on positive note
BELGRADE - For the fourth year in a row, Tanjug News Agency showed a positive balance in its financial statement, the news agency’s managing board has said in a release.
The good result was achieved despite the fact that the Serbian government as the news agency's owner has reduced subsidies for its services.

Industrial growth totals 3.8 percent in January
BELGRADE - Industrial production in Serbia was by 3.8 percent higher in January 2014 than in the same month in 2013, but it was lower by 12.6 percent relative to the average in 2013, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia (RZS) released.

Serbia-Germany bilateral trade hits record high
BELGRADE - The value of bilateral trade between Serbia and Germany reached a total of EUR 2.78 billion in 2013, which is its highest level in history, announced the Delegation of the German Economy in Serbia, citing the data of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy.

Customs revenues increase by 3.3 percent
BELGRADE - The Customs Administration collected a total of RSD 356 billion or EUR 3 billion in revenues in 2013, which reflects a year-on-year rise of 3.33 percent, Customs Administration Director Milos Tomic said on Thursday.

Krstic announces three-year arrangement talks with IMF
