Trump ally Bannon surrenders to face Capitol riot probe charges
Former president Donald Trump advisor Steve Bannon expressed defiance on Nov. 15 after surrendering to the FBI to face charges of contempt of Congress after refusing to testify on the January 6 Capitol assault.
He accused President Joe Biden of having "ordered" the Justice Department to prosecute him.

Steve Bannon, a longtime ally of former President Donald Trump, was indicted on Nov. 12 on two counts of criminal contempt of Congress after he defied a subpoena from the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.
After Twitter poll, CEO Musk sells off $5 bln in Tesla shares
After making a promise on Twitter, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has sold about 4.5 million shares of the electric car maker's stock, raising over $5 billion.
The sales, disclosed in 10 regulatory filings late Wednesday, amount to about 3% of Musk's stake in the company.
About $1.1 billion will go toward paying tax obligations for stock options granted to Musk in September.
