Eight Greeks hospitalized after bus crash in Bulgaria
Ten people, including eight Greeks, were hospitalized after the bus they were travelling in collided with a truck in northern Bulgaria.
The Romanian driver of the bus and another Romanian national are among the injured, which include six men and four women, ranging in age from 18 to 63.
Bus Collision on Ruse-Byala Road: Tourists Injured, Traffic Rerouted
A concerning incident unfolded on the Ruse-Byala road in the Borovo area as a bus, ferrying tourists, collided with a Turkish truck, reported the BNR.
At 12:20 p.m., emergency services received notification of the accident, dispatching police, fire, and rescue teams to the scene located between Volovo village and Borovo town.

The Petrohan Pass is closed due to fallen stones on the road. The traffic on the road Sofia - Montana in the section Barzia - Gintsi, at km 59 is temporarily limited due to the fallen rock mass and flooded road section. The traffic is regulated by the Traffic Police, only vehicles moving to Montana are allowed, and traffic to Sofia is diverted.

Starting today, Food Safety Agency officials will go from house to house in small settlements in northern Bulgaria to verify that farmers have complied with the order to voluntarily kill pigs in their yards. The deadline for this expired yesterday and the fine is from one hundred to one thousand levs.

Bus Burned Down the Road Ruse - Byala, no Injuries
A Turkish bus burns on the Rousse-Byala road. During the accident, inside were only three drivers who were able to escape.
The bus came from Istanbul to Bucharest to take passengers for its first course, bTV announced.

All motorways and first-class roads are open for driving in winter conditions, there are no restrictions in place, Denislav Peychev from the Road Infrastructure Agency told BNT. Traffic is restricted only in the Troyan Pass, for all cars, and in Prevala, for trucks over 12 tonnes.
