"High representative should have left Bosnia years ago"

The high representative should have left Bosnia-Herzegovina a long time ago, says the current chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Mladen Ivanic.

Ivanic, who represents Serb in the tripartite body, also told Tanjug in an interview that the Office of the High Representative (OHR) is staffed by people "who have no other alternative."

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan paid tribute on Wednesday night to Bosnia's wartime president, Alija Izetbegovic, on the 13th anniversary of his death.

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic says Bakir Izetbegovic should explanation a statement he made comparing RS President Milorad Dodik to Muammar Gaddafi.

Nikolic said this for the Belgrade-based Vecernje Novosti newspaper on Tuesday, referring to Izetbegovic - a Bosniak (Bosnian Muslim) politician who currently chairs the tripartite Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
