BEIJING - A spokesperson of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Monday Pristina's unilateral actions were not conducive to a settlement of the Kosovo-Metohija issue and added that the territorial integrity of Serbia should be respected in the process of finding a solution.

Russia speaks on EU mediated Kosovo dialogue
According to Lavrov, the United States is also "forcing the issue of establishing a (Kosovo) army."
"It is obvious that EU's efforts have failed, because Pristina refused to implement all the agreements that have been reached so far," Lavrov said.
