Bollywood star Aamir Khan meets fans in Turkey

Aamir Khan, the world-renowned movie star from India, gathered with his fans in southeastern Turkey on Aug. 12.

Khan stopped shooting his movie Laal Singh Chaddha, an adaption of the 1994 classic Forrest Gump due to the novel coronavirus outbreak in India, and started looking for alternative locations in Turkey to shoot his movie.

Bollywood Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, Found Dead at his Mumbai Home

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has been found dead at his Mumbai home, Indian media reported Sunday, citing police confirmation.

The 34-year-old star died in a suspected suicide, according to the Hindustan Times.

Several news outlets said Rajput was found hanged by his domestic help.

Two dead in car crash in central Greece

Two people died when the car they were in veered off its course and crashed into a street light on the Agia-Larisa highway, in central Greece, early Sunday morning.
According to local news website, it took more than one hour for the firefighters to to cut through metal sheets and pull out the two dead passengers, a 19-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man.

At Least 25 Dead as Bus Falls Into Canal in Southern India

At least 25 people, many of them schoolchildren, were killed when a speeding bus fell into a canal in southern India on Saturday, an official and media reports said, quoted by ABC News. 

The accident occurred in Mandya district as the driver lost control of the vehicle while going at a high speed, said G. Parameshwaran, the Karnataka state deputy chief minister.

Swans Arrived Back in Coastal City of Varna

This year, swans came to Varna again. Usually, they spend the the winter in the area of the second jetty, BNT. 

The swans come from northern Europe, where the weather gets cold earlier. They enjoy the attention of the residents from Varna who feed them.

The birds are from the protected species of mute swan, so called because of the grunting and snorting noises they make.

Indian Fantasy Film Brahmastra Wraps Shooting in Bulgaria

SOFIA: An Indian fantasy Brahmāstra, the debut feature of Ayan Mukerji, wrapped shooting in Bulgaria. According to the Indian media, shooting took place at the spa resort Devin, in the Rhodope Mountains.

Filming in Bulgaria followed two schedules, in the spring and summer of 2018. The main characters are played by Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy.
