PM receives second dose of Covid-19 vaccine
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis received on Monday the second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech's vaccine against the coronavirus at Attiko Hospital in Athens.
Mitsotakis had received the first dose of the jab on December 27, 2020, when the first batch of the Pfizer vaccines arrived in Greece.

New Shipment of Pfizer Vaccine Arrives in Bulgaria
The new Pfizer vaccine shipment is already in the country. It arrived this morning at Sofia Airport. However, the batch contains half as few doses than originally announced. Due to changes in the manufacturer's production process, Bulgaria will have a little over 18,000 doses instead of 35,000.

The global COVID-19 vaccination drive gained pace on Jan. 17 as Brazil gave its first injections and India pushed on with its massive campaign, while European authorities sought to allay concerns about delays in supplies.
Fifth Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine batch expected in Romania; 87,750 new doses distributed nationwide
A fifth batch of the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine consisting of 87,750 doses, is expected today in Romania by air at the airports of Otopeni, Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara. According to the National COVID-19 Vaccination Coordination Committee, transport to storage centres is provided by the manufacturing company, including by land.
More than 1.300 infected, 20 people died
In the last 24 hours, 7.730 people were tested.
There are 5.304 patients on hospital treatment, and 199 of them on respirators.
In Serbia, a total of 2.476.551 people have been tested for the coronavirus since the outbreak pof the pandemic, while 372.533 cases of infection have been confirmed.

"This is an incredible thing, I don't know if people understand that," Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said.
Vui said that Serbia is the first country in Europe to receive such a large amount of Chinese vaccine. As he says, that is a significant proof of cooperation and friendship between Serbia and China.

Pfizer temporarily reduces vaccines to Europe
US pharmaceutical company Pfizer has confirmed it will temporarily reduce deliveries to Europe of its Covid-19 vaccine while it upgrades production capacity to 2 billion vaccine doses per year.
