Ruling Coalition Faces Test in Albanian Polls
Albanians on Sunday go to the polls to elect 61 new mayors and 1,610 councillors in local elections that are considered a double challenge for the country.
Polling stations opened at 7am and close at 7pm. About 3.37 million Albanians are eligible to cast votes.

PM of Moldova Announces Resignation Amid Diploma Allegations
The Prime Minister of Moldova Chiril Gaburici announced on Friday his resignation, a day after the prosecution questioned him on his high-school and university diplomas.
Gaburici expressed regret that questions on his studies had become "an instrument of political game", making no comments on the contents of the allegations, Radio Free Europe reports.
