Pfizer to buy Allergan in $160 bln deal
Pfizer Inc, the maker of Viagra and Lipitor, has struck a deal to buy Botox-maker Allergan Plc in a transaction valued at about $160 billion.
The complex deal, the biggest ever in the healthcare sector, will allow Pfizer to shift its legal base to Ireland in a so-called "inversion" that would reduce its tax rate.

ECB stress tests show that 14.4 bln euros are needed for Greek banks!
The Frankfurt-based European Central Bank announced the results of the Greek bank stress tests. The capital needs of the country’s four main banks were calculated to be at 14.4 bln euros:
– Eurobank 2.12 bln euros
– Alpha Bank 2.74 bln euros
– National Bank of Greece 4.6 bln euros
– Bank of Piraeus 4.93 bln euros

Coca-Cola HBC and OTE, two of the largest companies operating in Greece, partner following a global tender. With an investment of €43m Coca-Cola HBC assigns OTE to provide and run its data center (DC) in Greece, servicing business transactions for more than 36,000 employees in the 28 countries where Coca-Cola HBC is present.

Delta Airlines doubles flights to Athens in summer 2016
Delta Airlines announced the doubling of its flights to Athens next summer from its New York City hub at John F. Kennedy airport. Flights will begin from March 27, 2016, starting at five times per week and increasing to a daily service from May 24. An additional flight will be added from May 27, 2016, to operate on a daily basis.

Prime Minister Victor Ponta on Tuesday began his official visit to the United States.
The head of Romanian Government has arrived in New York, where he is to attend the 69th session of the U.N. General Assembly.
Ponta had a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyp Erdogan.

Greek bond yields dip after rating boost

Greek bond yields edged lower on Monday after a credit rating upgrade from Standard & Poor's, which said the country remained on track to emerge from a six-year recession.
The upgrade to B from B- late on Friday is a boost for Greece's fragile coalition government, which is hoping to escape the constraints of its EU/IMF bailout program.
