Vucic, Rama discuss bilateral relations, European path

DAVOS - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Albanian PM Edi Rama in Davos on Thursday to discuss bilateral relations and the two countries' European path.

Serbia and Albania have good relations, Vucic said, expressing confidence the relations were of particular significance for stability in the Western Balkans.

Albanian PM: We could join EU together if Serbia recognizes Kosovo

Edi Rama says although Serbia is ahead of Albania in the process of EU accession, the two countries could join the EU together.

Speaking in Davos, Switzerland on Wednesday, the Albanian prime minister said this could happen "under the assumption that Serbia recognizes Kosovo."

Dacic to meet with Alfano, Bushati in Belgrade on February 27

BELGRADE - A trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Serbia, Italy and Albania Ivica Dacic, Angelino Alfano and Ditmir Bushati, originally scheduled for January 9, will be held in Belgrade on February 27, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Tuesday.

The trilateral meeting was postponed due to Alfano's illness.

Dacic, Lavrov discuss bilateral meetings, Kosovo-Metohija

MOSCOW/BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic, who is in the Serbian delegation visiting Moscow, met with Russian FM Sergey Lavrov Tuesday to discuss bilateral relations and Kosovo-Metohija.

The two ministers said the level of the relations between their countries was high and that cooperation was developing in all areas.
