Vucic to initiate trilateral meeting with Italy, Albania
ROME - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Tuesday he would initiate a trilateral meeting of Serbia, Italy and Albania that would be aimed at forging closer ties and at participation in joint projects.
Concluding an official visit to Rome, Vucic told reporters he would discuss the idea with Albanian PM Edi Rama first.
Deputy PM meets with new EU Delegation head
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met on Friday with the new head of EU's Delegation in Serbia Sam Fabrizi.
EU membership remains the foreign policy priority of Serbia, Dacic said during the meeting, according to the government.

Dacic: Regionalisation no substitute for EU membership
BELGRADE - Through the Berlin Process and joint projects, Serbia and countries in the region can accelerate their accession to the EU, says Serbian FM Ivica Dacic.
Serbia is among the countries that are not afraid of regionalisation, and it is trying to articulate its interests in the region, Dacic said.
Stronger ties in Western Balkans main topic of Trieste summit
BELGRADE - Strengthening of ties in the Western Balkans will the main topic of Wednesday's summit in Trieste, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced in a statement.
The Serbian delegation, to be headed by PM Ana Brnabic, will also include First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic.

Dacic to travel to Spain
Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic will make a working visit to Spain on Thursday.
His host will be Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs Alfonso Dastis, the Serbian government has announced.

Second day of VEF meeting begins in Belgrade
BELGRADE - The international conference Vienna Economic Talks - Belgrade Meeting 2017 resumed on Monday with a panel on regional cooperation of Western Balkan countries on their European path.
The conference is organised by the Vienna Economic Forum (VEF) in collaboration with the Serbian Association of Economists (SES).

German parliamentary delegation visits Serbia
Serbian Prime Minister and President-elect Aleksandar Vucic has met with a delegation of the German parliament.
They discussed "Serbia's European path, the situation in the region and the significance of bilateral relations with Germany and stability in the Western Balkans," Tanjug reported.
